The wine is made predominantly from traditional Majorcan varieties.

On the nose that wine shows intense aromas of white fruits and citrus, with herbaceous notes. On the palate the wine is balanced, fresh, with good acidity and a persistent finish with hints of salinity.

Vinification
Careful grape selection in the vineyard and at the winery. Wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 14º and 16 ºC. The wine stays six months on fine lees. Gentle clarification and filtration before bottling.
