A lush, concentrated 100% Godello from centenary vineyards planted on steep hills of slate soils. The nose displays a combination of fresh citrus fruits intertwined with stone fruits and sweet baking spice. On the palate the wine is creamy, with flavors of baked apples, orange zest and wax. Great complexity showing the purity of Godello.

Vinification
Grapes are handpicked, and bunches are crushed and partially destemmed. Maceration takes place in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks for 48 hours. Fermentation is carried out in 500 L used oak barrels. The wine is then aged in the same barrels and in contact with fine lees for 12 months.
