This Burgundy White is pale gold in color with silvery-green highlights. The nose is rich, combining aromas of stone fruits (peach, nectarine), freshly cut herbs, lemon and a stony minerality. On the palate the wine shows aromas of green apple, ripe yellow peach and wet stones.

Vinification
The grapes were pressed as whole clusters and the juice was chilled for 24 hours prior to being racked at 10C. Wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (between 18ºC and 20ºC) for 18 days. Then malolactic fermentation takes place. Wine is left on fine lees for several months (3-4 months). Wine is lightly filtered before bottling.
