Chablis 1er cru Vaucoupin

Vaucoupin Chablis

Baudouin Millet · Burgundy, France

Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin is nestled on the right bank of the Serein river, in the township of Chichée. This 1er Cru benefits from full sun exposure allowing the vines to fully mature. Yields are low due to the limestone soils, sun exposure and strong wind. The wine is characterized by its freshness, volume and ampleness on the palate and chalky minerality.
