This wine is made from old vines grown on the granitic terraces of Villanueva del Conde. Aromas of blackberry, plums, sweet spices and lavender. Full bodied structure with integrated tannins, bright fruits, and persistent finish.
The name “575” refers to the number of berries necessary to produce 1 bottle of this unique wine.

Vinification
Manually sorted and harvested into 16 kg picking crates. Destemmed and rigorously sorted on the sorting tables. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Manual punching down via gravity. Natural malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aging in used French oak barrels of 300 and 500L barrels for 13 months. Unfined, unfiltered.
