Nose of fur and leather lend contrast to vibrant pure black plum, mulberry, dried violet and liquorice in this 100% Grenache. While fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel the wine shows intensity, concentration and a great sense of place with its garrigue associated aromas.

Vinification
