Vinification
Hand-harvested and not destemmed, the grapes were crushed and macerated for two weeks. The wine was vinified naturally without any added oenological products, lightly sulfited before bottling, and aged exclusively in concrete tanks to maintain the purity, and distinctive character of its origin.
