Vinification
Following a meticulous manual harvest in small boxes, the grapes undergo complete destemming, crushing, and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then bottled directly from the tank without undergoing any fining or filtration processes.
